As soon as you register, you’ll have access to DTI Online. It’s a password-protected extranet site where you can enjoy secure and easy access to orders, reports, and other helpful information. Here’s how DTI Online can facilitate project management:
Status Reports
As a registered client, you’ll have access to up-to-the-minute information on schedules, sign-offs, inventory, and other project and program details. Each report is specifically designed to meet your requirements and your service-level agreement. Reports are updated directly with project data, or by a CSR, depending on the type of report.
DTI uses the client extranet to send proof copies for inspection and approval. You get a list of documents, downloads of each document, email notification when new documents are posted and the ability to post your corrections or updates.
When you log in to view this report, you’ll get complete information about inventories, including cycle counts, receiving, shipping, recycling and returns to customers.
USPS Documents
When you need a proof-of-mailing confirmation or other USPS statement (3602s, 8125s, etc.), simply log on to DTI Online. View samples of documentation available.
